Dr. Lynn Ceresino Neault is a highly respected regional educational leader serving as the Chancellor of the Grossmont-Cuyamaca Community College District (GCCCD). Bringing over four decades of dedicated experience to her role, she previously spent more than 25 years as the Vice Chancellor of Student Services for the San Diego Community College District (SDCCD), where she managed student enrollment, academic records, and student affairs for one of California's largest college systems. Known for her data-driven approach to student success and her fierce advocacy for equitable access, Dr. Neault has been instrumental in shaping policies that support diverse student populations across the region. Deeply rooted in the San Diego educational community, she earned her bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral degrees in education from San Diego State University.
