Every ballot is written to an append-only, hash-chained ledger the moment it is recorded. A vote is never overwritten: a change is a new entry naming the one it supersedes, so altering the history would break the chain visibly.

SECTION 1. Appointment.
The Board of Governors appoints the individuals listed in Exhibit A to the Committee on the Audit.

SECTION 2. Term.
The term begins upon passage of this Board action and ends on or around 09/10/2029.

SECTION 3. Effective date.
This appointment takes effect immediately upon adoption.
